Who are eligible for Udyam Registration?

All existing enterprises registered under EM-Part II (Entrepreneurs Memorandum) or UAM (Udyog Aadhar Memorandum Portal) shall have to register again on the Udyam registration portal with no fees of Udyam Registration charges on or after 1st July 2020.

The existing enterprise registered before 30th June 2020, shall continue to be valid till the 31st day of the march, 2021.

What is the process of Udyam registration?

Udyam Registration is permanent registration for MSMEs. Any applicant can register themselves just with their Aadhar card and PAN card for Self-declaration basis. There are zero-cost, no fee for Udyam Registration charges. The steps for the Udyam Registration process are as follows:

Step 1: Visit the Udyam

Step 2. Enter your details

Step 3: Verification of PAN

Step 4: Enter the Enterprise Address Details.

Step 5: Enter your bank details

Step 6: Details of the Enterprise

Step 7: After entering the details of the enterprise, Enter the District Industry Centre, and then you must approve the declaration

What is the Udyam Registration Number?

The registration portal of Udyam will give a permanent identification number, which is also called the Udyam Registration Number. It is a 19-digit number that is assigned to every MSME registered under Udyam. What is the Udyam certificate status?

The Udyam Certificate Status can be checked online at the official Udyam portal. It is a simple process through which you can verify your Udyam status. You can avail various benefits under Udyam registration after the registration is done. You can do the verification of your Udyam status. There are zero Udyam registration charges.

What is the process of Udyam Certificate Verification?

Udyam verification is carried out to verify whether the person is an authorized member of Udyam MSME or not. This process of Udyam Online verification is given below: -

Step 1: Visit the website

Step 2: Enter your Udyam registration number

Step 3: Enter the One-Time Password. You will receive the OTP on your registered phone number linked with Aadhar. The OTP is case-sensitive.

Step 4: For Udyam Verification online - Enter the CAPTCHA provided on the page. The numbers and letters are case-sensitive

Step 5: Select the ‘verify’ and then enter the CAPTCHA as shown on the screen with the OTP.

There are zero Udyam registration charges.

What are the Steps to Print Udyam Certificate?

You can take an Udyam registration certificate print by following the steps given below:

Step 1: Visit the Print

Step 2: Click on the ‘Print/verify’ option on the screen and then select the ‘Udyam Print certificate’ button for printing the certificate.

Step 3: Now Enter the ‘Udyam Registration number’ as given in your Udyam Aadhar registration certificate.

Step 4: From Mobile number or email ID option, you can choose anyone for receiving OTP.

Step 5: Click ‘Validate & Generate OTP’

Step 6: Enter the OTP, and click on the ‘Validate OTP & login’.

Step 7: Once you log in, Udyam Certificate Print.

The Udyam certificate can be printed and there are zero Udyam registration charges.

How To Download Udyam Certificate?

The Udyam registration number is allotted to the enterprise. The certificate is also sent to the email ID of the user. You can also download Udyam Registration certificate with the help of the following steps:

Step 1: Visit the Msme Udyam Registration Web-Portal

Step 2: First click on the ‘Print/verify’ option on the screen and then select the ‘Print certificate’ option for printing the certificate.

Step 3: Enter the ‘Udyam Registration Number.’

Step 4: You can choose the OTP option from Mobile number/email ID for receiving the OTP.

Step 5: Then you shall Click on the ‘Validate & Generate OTP’ option on the screen.

Step 6: You must enter the OTP received on the e-mail ID /phone number and click on the ‘Validate OTP and login’ on the screen. You can register for zero Udyam registration charges.

Step 7: After login, MSME Udyam certificate download.

How to find the Udyam registration number?

The Udyam registration number is used to print, download, and check the Udyam registration status online. The process to find your Udyam registration number if you have forgot Udyam registration number is explained as follows:

Step 1: First, Visit on Udyam Registration Gov In website

Step 2: Click on the ‘Print/verify’ option

Step 3: Then, click on the ‘Udyam Forgot /UAM No.’ button

Step 4: Choose the registration option as Udyam registration, after that Choose the OTP option, enter your registered mobile no/email ID then click on the ‘Validate & Generate OTP’ on the screen. You can register for zero Udyam registration charges.

Step 5: Enter the OTP received on the registered mobile number/email ID and then click on the ‘Validate OTP and Login’.

Step 6: The last step is a validation of OTP. The registration number will be sent to the entrepreneur on his/her registered phone/email ID.

If you have lost/forgotten your registered e-mail ID and mobile number of your Udyam Registration certificate. Then, you can get the duplicate Udyam registration certificate from the Ministry of MSME.
