Step 1: Send a Board Meeting Invitation

The invitation must be sent to all directors 7 days prior to the meeting. It should also include a detailed agenda, meeting notes, and meeting minutes.

Step 2: Conducting a Board meeting with an agenda

Step 7 – Submit the Application at the ROC
