The Part-A section of SPICe+ must contain the proposed name. The company must retain its name. Suppose the company's name is the same as an existing/registered firm or LLP trademark or contains words prohibited under the Companies 2014. In that case, the SPICe+ Form could be rejected.

If the SPICe+ forms have been rejected because the company name was not approved, the applicant must file a second SPICe+ application. The SPICe+ application will remain on hold for 20 days after the name has been approved in Part-A. 

The company will then need to fill out Part B of SPICe+ and submit it through Online Company Registration in India. The applicant must complete Part B of Spice, including the company details and directors. Before submitting the Form, attach documents and DSC.

Step 4: Certificate Of Incorporation
