For LLP, you need to have pan card and aadhar card of partners and  proof for registered address for office and  DSC for each partner.

Private Limited Company

The law sees a business as a separate legal entity from the people who started it. After a company is registered, it will have company officers (Directors) and stakeholders (shareholders). Everyone who works for a Private Limited  is considered an employee. For Private Limited Company Registration, you need a DIN, DSC, PAN Card, proof of address, proof of residence, a Memorandum of Association, and Articles of Association.

Public Limited Company

Under company law, a business with members who join independently is called a PLC. A PLC has a separate legal existence. One can only sue members of a PLC for the number of shares they own.
